Discovering the Luberon is always a delight, but today’s lunch at Le Bon Temps in Sénas was a real highlight. Tucked away in a spot where most would drive right by, we decided to stop — and thank goodness we did!

Run by a charming young couple, this unassuming restaurant surprised us with a warm welcome and a €35 set lunch that was nothing short of divine. The courgette soup was a perfect start, followed by a duck pâté that could make any food lover swoon.

Chocolate Orange Eclair

The mains? Equally delightful, with every dish beautifully presented like edible works of art. And then came the grand finale: a chocolate éclair that simply stole the show. Creamy, decadent, and utterly irresistible.

It’s refreshing to see young restaurateurs putting their heart and soul into creating such fantastic meals while hosting with real charm. Le Bon Temps has earned itself a spot on our “must return” list, and next time, we’ll be saving extra room for dessert!

Bon appétit!
